• The trial clock is stored on the Mac in the app's support folder, a hidden marker in that folder, and a preference date. Removing only one copy does not start the trial over. It is not stored in the login Keychain.
• Setting the clock forward past the trial, then back, leaves the trial expired.
• After a license key validates, the app keeps working for 14 days if Polar's API cannot be reached, as long as the key was active.
• You can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase. You do not have to give a reason. See the refund policy.
• You need macOS 14 or later and Parallels Desktop Pro or Business. VMBridge does not include Parallels Desktop.
