Refund policy

VMBridge is $9.99 one-time, 7-day free trial. If you buy it and change your mind, you can have a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. You do not have to give a reason.

How to ask

Email chadwickalex@icloud.com from the address you used at checkout, or request the refund in Polar. Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) is the merchant of record and processes the refund to the original payment method. Say that you want a refund for VMBridge. You do not need to explain why.

When the 14 days start

The 14 days start when the purchase is completed, not when the free trial started. The trial does not require a payment. A request on the 14th day is in time.

After a refund

The license key from that purchase is refunded. Stop using that key. You can delete the app from the Mac.
