Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement for buying and using VMBridge. They are between you and Alex Chadwick, an individual doing business as Chadwick Labs.

The product

VMBridge is a macOS app. It lets an AI agent drive virtual machines that Parallels Desktop is already running on that Mac. It is not Parallels Desktop. Parallels is a trademark of Parallels International GmbH. VMBridge is not affiliated with Parallels, and it is not affiliated with TablePlus.

You need macOS 14 or later and Parallels Desktop Pro or Business. You license those yourself. VMBridge does not include them.

Price and trial

The price is $9.99 USD, paid once. It is not a subscription. There is a 7-day free trial. The trial includes the full app and starts the first time VMBridge runs on that Mac. Deleting the license file, or setting the clock back, does not start the trial over.

How you pay

The buy button opens Polar's checkout. Polar (Polar Software, Inc.) is the merchant of record. Polar processes the payment, issues the receipt, and handles the charge. Chadwick Labs sets the price and provides the software and support.

The license

A purchase gives you a license key so you can keep using VMBridge after the trial. The purchase is one-time. The key is for your own use. You do not receive ownership of the software. Do not resell the key, post it for the public, or use it to run VMBridge as a service for other people.

Refunds

You can have a full refund within 14 days of the purchase. You do not have to give a reason. The refund policy says how to ask.

What we do not promise

VMBridge drives Parallels Desktop. We do not promise that every guest operating system, every AI agent, or every future macOS release will work. You decide which virtual machines an agent may control, and you are responsible for the commands it runs.

The software is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, Chadwick Labs is not liable for lost files, a damaged guest, or lost profits. Nothing on this page removes a right the law does not let us remove. Polar's own terms apply to the payment Polar processes.

Changes

If these terms change, the new text will be on this page with a new date. The price and refund window that applied to a purchase are the ones shown at checkout when you paid.
